Having ANY drinks you can’t customize a little is ridiculous. I ordered the black tiger milk tea. Can’t get them not do the super sweet cup drizzle, can’t adjust to no ice so I can fix it at home and when I wanted change the order to an option that can be made with less sugar, they want to charge me more. Very poor service rules on the side if the franchise owners. At least that is who the person at the counter blamed for the insane restrictions. Guess I have to to another place to have at least close to my way.

The people who work here are always friendly, the boba tea and waffles are great…. The rating I am giving is for cleanliness. I have been here twice in the past couple of months and…. Both times, the bathroom they have for guests to use has LAYERS of dirt on it. Like hasn’t been cleaned in a year. The sink, the top of the trash can, light switch…. It’s caked in filth. It makes me wonder if they have any attention to cleanliness in the kitchen or are equally lax.

Super Friendly staff and amazing drinks. I tried their Royal Lychee (lychee espresso ) and also their fresh grapefruit juice espresso. Very unique and tasty drinks. Also had a lot of fun with the claw machine where I got a labubu 😬 great place to spend time with friends there. I will definitely go back soon!

Great bubble tea drinks! We tried the pearl milk tea, mango pomelo drink, and taro waffle, everything was delicious. The staff was super helpful and friendly. My kids love coming here. Highly recommend this shop!

Kumquat lemon tea is good, wish it didn't have the lychee jelly though. Peach oolong is really good, really like Mr wishes aiyu jelly too. Very soft. Lemon green tea with aiyus pretty good. Got it at 0% sugar thinking aiyus had some sugar. It doesn't haha. Super pomelo mango is full topping. From top to bottom it has toppings. Great deal, but filling and less thirst quenching if you want actual drink in it. Surprisingly not that sweet. Think it's evened out by the coconut milk. Thai tea slush is okay. As you'd expect, but with blended bubble bits instead of full boba.
